So we've changed the game...This class is ideal for you if you are actively seeking representation, did not attend a conservatory program with a showcase, or had a showcase which didn't go in your favor and are now ready to be signed. This 4-week class ends in a showcase with a dozen agencies attending. We invite a unique blend of major and boutique agencies. The agents will all submit written feedback, you'll know instantly who's interested in working with you. Past agencies include:

Students meet once a week with Steve Edlund or Anthony Daniel and Lilli Wosk or Karen Dryer
||Steve Edlund is the assistant director to four-time Tony Award winner Jerry Zaks. Steve's credits include Sister Act (Broadway, 1st National Tour), Randy Newman's Harps and Angels (Center Theatre Group), and Ain't Misbehavin' (Center Theatre Group). He is a 2009 graduate of USC where he received his B.A. in Theatre and co-founded Musical Theatre Repertory, USC's student-run musical theatre company.
||Anthony Christian Daniel is a NYC based professional who currently serves as the Casting Director for the highly respected Ogunquit Playhouse in Ogunquit, Maine. For the Playhouse, Anthony has cast the Regional Premiere productions of Sister Act, Nice Work If You Can Get It, and Million Dollar Quartet, as well as Victor/Victoria, Saturday Night Fever, White Christmas, Grease, Billy Elliot, Mary Poppins, Witches of Eastwick, Buddy: The Buddy Holly Story, and Addams Family. He has served as Associate Director alongside Shaun Kerrison on productions of Mary Poppins (featuring Tony Nominee Christiane Noll) and the New North American Premiere of Cameron Mackintosh's Witches of Eastwick. Recently Anthony began working as the Associate Director to Matt Lenz (of Broadway's Hairspray, Catch Me If You Can, Beauty and the Beast) on an all-new production of Victor/Victoria starring Broadway's Lisa Brescia (Wicked, Aida, Mamma Mia!). He has taught Master Classes and Workshops around the country and is proud to be on staff at The Growing Studio.
||Lilli Wosk is a vocal coach, music director and accompanist in New York City. She most recently music directed the National Tour of HAIR. She has been fortunate to serve as music director in and around NYC with such great companies as the New York Theatre Barn, the Astoria Performing Arts Center, and The Gallery Players. As an educator, she has become part of the artistic staff at the Berklee College of Music, Stage Coach Theatre Arts, The San Francisco Arts Education Project, and Education Through Music.
||Karen Dryer is a vocal coach,singer/songwriter and musical director. NYC musical direction: "The Christians"( Drama Desk Award Winner, Playwrights Horizons) "Power Balladz"(Mid-town Theater) "Good 'Ol Girls (Roundabout Black Box Theater) internationally known "VocaPeople" (West Side Theater) "Italian Bred", "Fable" NYMF 2014. She has also music directed three Broadway National tours, including "Annie", "Jesus Christ Superstar", and "25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee." Karen is currently an auditioin pianists for a number of casting offices in NYC.
Class will meet for three hours once a week for four consecutive weeks. Each week students will work on different material, some of their own choosing, some given by our resident faculty, until they have found the piece that's going to show them off best. The piece they will present for over a dozen agencies on Showcase day. Class is a fair mix of business vs. technique.
