There are many casting offices in London. Not all are the same. From big to small, it's important to know the tastes of each office. Why take individual seminars when you can get in front of all of the major casting offices for a fraction of the cost? Learn the differences between the offices and develop a personal relationship with each. This class is an essential tool in preparing for audition season. Try out new material, or liven your older pieces with top notch casting pros in a stress-free, casual environment.

This is a wonderful opportunity for those of you who are newer to the city to meet associates from every major casting office, and a great chance to re-aquaint yourselves and receive invaluable feedback if you're already established in the big apple! Previous participants include casting from the following offices:

  • Pippa Ailion Casting
  • Debbie O'Brien Casting
  • The Union Theatre
  • Ambassador Theatre Group Casting
  • Stewart/Whitley (Royal Caribbean Casting)
  • Pearson Casting (Norwegian Cruise Line Casting)
  • Celebrity Cruise Line

Class will meet for three hours twice a week for two consecutive weeks. Each week students will meet with a different Casting Director. Class begins with a brief Q and A, covering the individual casting office logistics, casting in today's theatrical market, and how to stand out as a performer. Each student will then work one-on-one with the casting director on one or multiple cuts of songs (typically 16/32 bars). Students will receive feedback and gain an invaluable personal relationship with each individual guest artist.
